Indeed , the Studio of 45 m2 consists of a double bed , a fitted kitchenette , a dining area , and a pleasant bathroom with a private toilet  and the necessary confort for your enjoyment during your stay .

About the Studio :

the Reservation:

is  minimum of 3 days for 310 € .

                             7 days        700 €

by day during the week 120€ .

​

A deposit of  250 € will be requested on your arrival as well a final cleaning service of 28 €.

All deposit ll be return after a checking of the place together.

​

if you are interested in renting Both , the Studio & the Double Room the preferential rate offered to you is :

 For 3 days   430 €

 For 7 days    950 €

Plus a deposit of 350 € at your arrival and cleaning service of 40 € at your departure.
